Flag Preventive Maintenance Steps: Flag specific steps for various reasons, such as:
- For Recollection: Flag a step for your recollection later during daily maintenance team huddles.
- Easily Find Critical Information: Make it simple to locate items with comments.
- Management Review: Flag steps for management review and consideration.
- Work Order Created: Flag steps to indicate a work order was created, which is useful when reviewing past maintenance.
- Flag & Comment for Context: Tap the comments button to add detailed comments to your flagged items or add a comment.
- Duration of Flagged Items: Flagged items will remain visible for 30 days.
Flag a PM Step using SpindleLIVE Mobile
Flags are not a requirement when commenting. However, flags and comments are independent features that can be combined or independently used.
