Accessing PMs on CMMS Mobile

Preventive Maintenance tasks assigned to you or any team member can be accessed in various ways. The SpindleLIVE Maintenance My Tasks will show the preventive maintenance and work orders assigned to you, and the SpindleLIVE Maintenance Work Order/PM will show all past, present, and future preventive maintenance and work orders. 

Let's Review & Assumptions:

• My Tasks: Showing only your assigned tasks.
• Work Orders / PM: Showing all assigned tasks.
• Assets: Detailed information including past, current,  and upcoming assigned tasks.
• Assumptions: If you haven't reviewed the below articles to understand the above 3 items, we suggest a quick review of the following articles:

Start a Preventive Maintenance Tasks

1. Locate: Use My Tasks, Work Orders/PM, or Assets to find the task you need to be in.
2. Navigate: Tap Start, Join, or Resume; the option depends on the task's current status.
3. Workflow: Work towards completing the preventive maintenance task by checking each item as you complete it.
   • Don't Check It: If you cannot complete a step, you can enter a comment explaining why and leave it unchecked.
4. Completion: Tap complete, all done!
