- Past Maintenance Records: You can view any past maintenance and comments directly on CMMS Mobile, exclusively on CMMS Mobile. Having all the historical data you need at your fingertips!
- Improved Workflows: From work orders not requiring approval to managing everyday assignments efficiently, including work orders and preventive maintenance. Update your break or lunch status and even end your shift within the app.
- Centralized Maintenance: Unscheduled maintenance, such as Pending and Emergency Maintenance, is always front and center, ensuring you never miss critical tasks.
- Local Wi-Fi Connection: CMMS Mobile requires a local Wi-Fi connection to interact with CMMS Mobile. Non-SpindleLIVE users not associated with SpindleLIVE and/or connected to local Wi-Fi will be unable to interact with CMMS Mobile features, including all other features of SpindleLIVE Mobile

Scan a QR Code using SpindleLIVE Mobile

- Launch: Open the SpindleLIVE mobile app to access CMMS Mobile.
- Navigate: On the main Maintenance page, accessible via the bottom navigation.

Locate: The QR circle is in the lower right-hand corner.
- For Reference: You should also see Assets, Work Orders/PM, My Tasks, Pending/Down, and Flagged on the same page. If not, tap Maintenance in the bottom navigation bar.

Launch: Tap the blue QR circle to open an in-camera view to scan a QR code.
- First-Time Users for QR Codes on Camera Permission: The app may request permission to access your camera for first-time users. Granting permission is necessary to proceed with scanning QR codes.
- Scan QR Code: Point your camera so the QR Code is fully visible within the camera view. The app will automatically recognize the QR code.
- Access Asset Details: Once the QR code is scanned, you will see an option to open the assets details page associated with the QR Code along the bottom of the camera view. This provides instant access to all relevant information, including the ability to Start, Join, or Review.
