New Feature in CMMS Mobile

QR codes can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance engineers by providing quick and easy access to critical equipment information. By scanning a QR code, you can instantly retrieve detailed data, reducing errors and saving valuable time.

Scanning a QR Code opens the associated equipment data in CMMS Mobile Maintenance Assets with a quick scan instead of navigating through multiple taps. Look for the blue circle with a QR Code image to access the scanning feature easily.

You don't need to print a QR Code to experience its power. Reach for your phone, open CMMS Mobile, access the Scan a QR Code feature, and scan the QR Code shown on your computer monitor to try it out. Print QR Codes for CMMS Mobile (Viewing)

SpindleLIVE allows the printing of QR Codes for each asset, which can be scanned for quick access to information in CMMS Mobile. Consider the environment when selecting printing materials (e.g., heat-resistant for ironers, chemical-resistant for boiler rooms).

Individual QR Code Printing

1. 1. Login: Go to www.SpindleLIVE.com and log into your account. (SpindleLIVE user account required.)
   2. Navigate: Go to CMMS in the left sidebar and select Admin. The page will default to Assets chosen).
   3. Select Location: Choose a Region and Facility if needed.
   4. Find Asset: Locate the specific asset you need for a QR Code.
   5. Access QR Code: Click the QR icon next to the asset to display the QR Code on your screen. 
   6. Print or Scan: Scan to try it. Select Print to print the QR Code or Cancel.

Bulk QR Code Printing

1. 1. Login: Go to www.SpindleLIVE.com and log into your account. (SpindleLIVE user account required.)
   2. Navigate: Go to CMMS in the left sidebar and select Admin. The page will default to Assets chosen).
   3. Select Location: Choose a Region and Facility if needed.
   4. Navigate: Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner of SpindleLIVE.
   5. Select Option: Print QR Codes to print or view QR codes for all assets.
   6. Print or Cancel: Your print dialog will open. To proceed with printing, click Print or Cancel to explore the QR Codes if needed
