Workflow for Pending Maintenance
Responding to Pending Maintenance on CMMS Mobile

- Select the relevant equipment from the Pending/Down area of the CMMS Mobile Maintenance page.
- You'll be presented with basic information for Pending Maintenance incidents, which are similar.

Tap on the asset (e.g., "Jean-Michael - Neptune Feeder #2" in green) to open its asset page.
- Current Maintenance: Active maintenance or maintenance requests will be displayed.
- Upcoming Maintenance: Any scheduled preventive maintenance or work order tasks will be displayed, showing everything assigned to the equipment, not just assigned to you.
- History: This feature is only available on CMMS Mobile. It allows you to review past maintenance performed on this specific equipment. CMMS Mobile also provides a search box and filter settings to help you find what you need quickly.
- Select the lane after confirming that it is an issue affecting the equipment or a specific lane.
- Change Status to Emergency. Options below Status will change.
- Select Maintenance Reason from the dropdown box.
- Comments: Add comments as you work through the task to add clarity to your team later.
- Completion: Once resolved, any assigned maintenance employee can return the equipment to Normal, allowing production to resume. Simple selecting
Multiple Lane Maintenance Incidents
Taking down multiple lanes for maintenance is just as easy; a few taps to take it down as well. Multiple lanes can be taken down simultaneously for repairs, each with different reasons for the incident. To take down multiple lanes:

- Select the appropriate status and maintenance reason for the first lane.
- Perform the same actions on the other lanes as steps 4 - 8.
