Where can you find the flagged steps? Steps can be flagged while performing preventive maintenance. We discuss this more in other articles; here, we will specifically discuss locating these on the CMMS Mobile app.

Locate Flagged Preventive Maintenance

1. Launch: Open the SpindleLIVE Mobile app.
2. Navigate: Tap on the Maintenance tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Navigate: Tap on Flagged, directly under Assets, Work Orders/PM, and My Tasks. There will be two tabs. 
4. Duration of Flags: Flagged Items will remain appearing for 30 days.
5. Review: Tap on a flagged item to review the preventive maintenance task.
6. Find All Flags: All flagged steps are indicated with a red flag. Scrolling through the steps provides additional clarity, flags, and comments.
