Using CMMS Mobile on Maintenance Tablets

CMMS Mobile enables your team to manage maintenance tasks directly from their Maintenance Tablets. These tablets are preconfigured to connect to the Spindle Subnet Wi-Fi. CMMS Mobile can be used on SpindleLIVE Mobile even offline due to the Spindle Subent Wi-Fi connection to the Spindle Server. We discuss using non-Spindle-provided devices in the next article below.

CMMS Mobile Requirements

If you have CMMS, you can access it through SpindleLIVE Mobile. Here's what you need to know:

• • Choose between a SpindleLIVE Account or Alternate Login:
    • SpindleLIVE Account: While not mandatory, having a SpindleLIVE account is recommended to utilize SpindleLIVE Mobile's potential.
    • Spindle Login ID (RFID): If you don't have a SpindleLIVE account, you can still log into CMMS Mobile using your Spindle Login ID (RFID).
  • Security Roles: Spindle Support can deactivate SpindleLIVE accounts, and your local Spindle Admin expert can deactivate employees in Spindle Admin who use their Spindle Login (RFID) for CMMS Mobile.
