SpindleLIVE Profile Update Required for CMMS Mobile
FollowAll new and existing SpindleLIVE users must update their SpindleLIVE Profile to interact with CMMS Mobile. The Spindle Login association is only required for interaction, not for viewing data. You must also associate your Spindle Login (RFID) with your SpindleLIVE login. These 2 articles will help you create or look up a Spindle Login (RFID).

SpindleLIVE Profile Update via Website
- Browse: SpindleLIVE users can edit their profiles from www.SpindleLIVE.com.
- Navigate: Locate Settings in the lower left-hand corner of SpindleLIVE.
- Navigate: From the options available, click Profile.
- Locate: One of the last options available will be Local Logins.
- Click: Add Login
- Multiple logins are possible for individuals overseeing numerous locations.
- Select Facility: A new row will be added, allowing you to select your facility.
- Server API Url: SpindleLIVE will prepopulate this based on SpindleLIVE configurations. For help, please get in touch with Spindle Support.
- Employee Name: Select your name to prepopulate the RFID field.
- RFID: This field is prepopulated based on Employee Name selection. It is specifically for your Spindle Login ID used on Spindle Login Stations.
SpindleLIVE Profile Update via Mobile:
- Navigate: Access the Home page using the navigation bar.
- Navigate: Open the menu using the hamburger icon in the top left.
- Navigate: Select Profile.
- Navigate: Select the last option, Local Logins, to associate your RFID/Spindle Login ID(s).
- Fill out Form: Once you have filled out the form, save it.
