Productivity is essentially the same thing as efficiency.  All individual productivity percentages are rolled into one overall Plant Productivity, which is used as metric in determining OLE or Overall Labor Effectiveness.

Example: Martha's rolled 135 mats in an hour and the target per hour is 150.  Marth's productivity for this task is 90%, since 135 divided by 150 is 90%.
