Analysis Page (Equipment & Maintenance Scheduling) - Page Overview

The Analysis Page in SpindleLIVE provides Users ‘one-stop-shop’ functionality from which to view multiple data points, through use of the available filters. Users have the option to view by the following: Equipment, Requested By, Reason, Incident Type, and Maintenance Worker Hours. Each will be overviewed further in this guide.
View By
Click the View By drop-down menu to select the appropriate data to be displayed.
Filtering
- There are multiple filter options available, to aide Users in quickly accessing data relevant to their desire.
- Multiple filters may be selected simultaneously.
- Once filter(s) have been selected, click the GREEN refresh button to initiate the filtered view.
- To create a Custom filter, simply filter as desired, then select Save. Name the filter and again select Save.
Navigation and Date Picker
- To change the date from which the data is generated, click the Date Picker drop-down option, located in the upper right portion of the page.
- Next, select Apply
- The expansion icons allow for more detailed Analysis, simply by clicking the respective + symbol(s).
Equipment View
This View lists all Equipment with any amount of maintenance incidents over the specified date range.
Below are brief descriptions of each column header.
- Equipment – Equipment Description
- Emergency Maintenance During Production – Amount of time equipment is in Emergency Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance During Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance Off Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- # of incidents – The total number of maintenance incidents (unscheduled and scheduled) that occurred for the specified date range.
Requested By View
This View lists all Production Workers that requested maintenance (selected Pending Maintenance) over the specified date range. NOTE: This is only for Unscheduled Maintenance incidents.
Below are brief descriptions of each column header.
- Requested by – Production Worker name. NOTE: Unassigned indicates that the equipment was never put in Pending Maintenance status, but instead went from Normal, directly to Down for Maintenance (by the Maintenance Worker)
- Emergency Maintenance During Production – Amount of time spent performing Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance During Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance Off Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- # of incidents – The total number of maintenance incidents (unscheduled and scheduled) that occurred for the specified date range.
- The expansion icons allow for specifics and more detailed analysis, simply by clicking the respective + symbol(s).
Reason Code View
This View lists all Reason Codes that Maintenance Workers selected, over the specified date range. Below are brief descriptions of each column header.
- Reason – This is the code that was identified on the equipment when the equipment was returned to normal.
- Emergency Maintenance During Production – Amount of time spent performing Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance During Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance Off Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- # of incidents – The total number of incidents that occurred for the specified date range
Incident Type View
This View lists all Incident Types over the specified date range. Below are brief descriptions of each column header.
- Incident Type – The Incident Type for maintenance incident (i.e. Scheduled or Unscheduled)
- Emergency Maintenance During Production – Amount of time spent performing Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance During Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- All Maintenance Off Production – Amount of time spent performing both Emergency/Unscheduled Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance during scheduled production time
- # of incidents – The total number of incidents that occurred for the specified date range
Maintenance Worker Hours View
This View lists all Maintenance Workers with logged time over the specified date range. Below are brief descriptions of each column header.
- Name – Maintenance Worker’s name
- Spindle – Total hours (HH:MM) logged in Spindle over the specified date range
- Non Scheduled – Total time (HH:MM) logged in Non-Scheduled Maintenance Tasks
- Preventive – Total time (HH:MM) logged in Preventive Maintenance Tasks
- Work Orders – Total time (HH:MM) logged in Work Order Maintenance Tasks
- General Maint Tasks – Total time (HH:MM) logged in General Maint Tasks (i.e. Plant Startup, Plant Shutdown)
- Lunch – Total time (HH:MM) logged into Lunch
- Break – Total time (HH:MM) logged into Break
- Meeting – Total time (HH:MM) logged into Meeting
- Other Area – Total time (HH:MM) logged into Other Area (if applicable)
- Work – Total Spindle hours logged minus total Lunch hours logged
Analysis Page – Preventive Maintenance View
This View lists all Preventive Maintenance tasks over the specified date range.
- Scheduled – # of PMs Scheduled
- Completed – # of PMs completed
- Missed – # of PMs missed
- Overdue – # of PMs overdue
- Out of Service - # of PMs Out of Service
- Cancelled – # of PMs Cancelled
- % Complete – % of PMs Completed
- Scheduled Target Time – Scheduled Target time for completion of all PMs
- Actual Time – Actual time logged into all PMs
- Completed Efficiency - % of PM completion efficiency
By expanding the view, Users can then see each of the individual PMs, along with their status. Below are brief descriptions of each column header.
- SL Equipment – Equipment Name
- Asset Make/Model – Asset Name/Description
- PM Name – PM Name/Description
- Frequency – Frequency in which the PM is scheduled to be performed
- Low Frequency – Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual
- High Frequency – Daily, Weekly and Monthly
- Status – Status of the PM
- Scheduled – Date scheduled for completion
- Start – Date actually started
- Completed – Date actually completed
- Maintenance Workers – Name of Maintenance Worker(s) that performed the task
- Target Labor Time – Target time allocated to complete the task
- Labor Time – Actual time logged into the task
- Comments – indicates that comments were made when a checkmark is present
- Preventive – Total time (HH:MM) logged in Preventive Maintenance Tasks
- Work Orders – Total time (HH:MM) logged in Work Order Maintenance Tasks
By expanding the view once more, Users can then see each of the individual PM step instructions, along with any comments that were made while performing the task.
Analysis Page – Work Orders View
This View lists all Work Orders over the specified date range. Just as with others on the Analysis Page, Users can use the expansion icons to drill deeper into and view individual Work Orders.
