- Go to Support Center
- Click Submit a request
- Use your SpindleLIVE email
- Add screenshots/files (recommended)
- Click Submit
π§ Youβll receive email updates as your ticket progresses.
β‘ What Information Should I Include?
β Required for All Tickets
- π€ Name
- π Contact Phone Number
- π Description of Issue
- π Date Issue Started
- πΈ Screenshot or Photo (recommended)
π Logging In
- Click Sign in
- Select Forgot password
- Use your SpindleLIVE email
π Viewing Your Tickets
- Click your name (top-right)
- Select My activities
- My requests β Your tickets
- CCβd β Tickets you're included on
- Organization β All facility tickets
Missing locations?
Submit a request and include the locations + approvals needed.
π Search & Filter
- Search by ticket number or keyword
- Filter by status (Open, Awaiting Reply, Solved)
- Follow organization tickets for updates

- View all updates
- Reply to support
- Upload files
- Review resolution notes
