Remove a User Account from SpindleLIVE
FollowWhenever a SpindleLIVE user departs from an organization, it is essential for an Administrator to promptly deactivate the employee's account within the SpindleLIVE Admin portal. Deactivating the user ensures that they no longer have access to the system, maintaining security and proper management of user permissions.
Please follow the detailed instructions provided below to carry out this process accurately and efficiently.
- Select Admin on the left-side navigation bar.
- Select SpindleLIVE Users.
- Select the user that you would like to deactivate
- Change the Is User Activated? from YES to NO
