- Spindle WPOH - Spindle calculated WPOH based on clean processed classification weight and Spindle Work Hours
- 1 Week WPOH % of Target - Customer's calculated WPOH/Customer WPOH Target
- 2 Week WPOH % of Target - Customer's two-week calculated WPOH/Customer WPOH Target
- Customer Hours - Customer hours as entered via SpindleLIVE
- Employee Efficiency - Overall Employee Efficiency for all employees that performed standard tasks
- Employee Opportunity Cost - This is the combined cost of all employee opportunity costs in the facility. We use this calculation for each classification for each employee to get their opportunity cost (100% - Efficiency %) x productive hours x actual wages.
- Employee Opportunity Hours - This is the combined hours of all employee opportunity hours in the facility. We use this calculation for each classification for each employee to get their opportunity hours (100% - Efficiency %) x productive hours.
- Employee Opportunity Percent - Employee Opportunity Hours/Total hours
- Opportunity Hours per FTE - Total Employee Opportunity Hours/Number of Employees
- Opportunity % of Total - Opportunity hours compared against Total hours for %
- Equipment Efficiency - Automated equipment efficiency
- Excessive Hours - Time spent in break, lunch, or meeting greater than the daily allowances.
- Excessive Break/Lunch Hours - Excessive time spent in Break and/or Lunch greater than the daily allowance
- Excessive Break/Lunch % of Total - (Excessive Break + Excessive Lunch)/Total time
- Excessive Time Cost - This is the combined cost of all employees' excessive time for break and lunch in the facility. We use this calculation for each employee to get their excessive time cost (Excessive Break + Excessive Lunch) x Employee Hourly Wage.
- FTE Excessive Lunch/Break Time - Total number of FTE due to Excessive break and lunch (Excessive Break/Lunch Hours)/40
- FTE Opportunity - Employee Opportunity Hours/40
- Non-Productive Hours - Total hours logged into a status (lunch, break, meeting and other area)
- Non-Standard Hours - Total hours logged into a non-standard (time-based) task.
- Overtime Hours - Overtime hours as entered on SpindleLIVE
- Overtime as % of Total - Overtime hours/Customer Hours
- Pieces Per Hours - Actual pieces per hour
- RCTE Edits per Employee - Number of RCTE Edits per Employee
- Spindle Work Hours - Total Spindle Hours - lunch
- Spindle Hours vs. Customer Hours % Difference - Spindle hours compared against SpindleLIVE Customer entered hours % difference.
