To change the max meter input for manual entry meters, Please navigate to SpindleLIVE Admin > Water and Energy > Meters and select the "pen" mark next to the meter you would like to edit, and in the NumMask enter a value of 9999999 if you are in the 7 digit range, if you are in the 8 digit range please enter 99999999 and select save. This will allow you to input the number you are trying to without any errors. If you have any issues, please submit a support ticket.
