Tip of the day: Have Someone Responsible for Ending All Shifts When They Leave
FollowWe at Spindle try to focus on three pillars, PPE (People, Process, and Equipment). People are the essential asset and pillar at your facility and making sure the data you’re collecting is correct is crucial. The importance of ending all shifts is paramount to useful, reliable data. Your facility output data can only ever be as accurate as the information that has been initially inputted. As the saying goes garbage data in is garbage data out.
Where to go to see if employees are still logged in?
On the Facility Health Page, the Department Opportunity Dashboard will show you how many employees are currently still logged into Spindle and which department they are located in.
Pro Tip: This is a good page to check if there's an emergency or evacuation to know the production employees that need to be accounted for.
