If you are having issues with a production display. Please follow the steps below.
If the screen is blank, Please pull the power cord connected to the monitor, and plug it back in. This will cause the monitor to perform a power cycle. This will allow the smart monitor to reboot and reconnect to the network and it should begin displaying the assigned production accordingly.
If after a reboot there is a network error that is being shown please send a support ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org or enter in your request VIA the "Submit a Ticket" link with a Subject similar to Monitor (IP Address) Not Functioning, and in the description include any details related to troubleshooting steps that were performed if possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
