If the Web Display is not operating properly and there is a thin client attached to it, Please follow the Steps below to troubleshoot.
- Please verify that the Monitor is powered on, Then pull the power cord on the Thin client behind the monitor and reconnect it to reboot the thin client. Once it reboots the web display should return to normal operation.
- If the Thin Client is powered on and displaying, but appears to not be connected to the network, Please make sure the Cat5e cable is plugged in to the thin-client and you can see lights blinking on the port. If not, Please take a can of compressed air and blow out the ports and Reconnect the cables.
If after these steps are performed and it still doesn't work, Please send us a support ticket to support@Spindlelive.com or enter in your request VIA the "Submit a Ticket" link with a Subject similar to Thin Client offline or not displaying, and in the description include the troubleshooting steps that were performed and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
