RFID Card Reader Troubleshooting Steps
FollowIf the RFID card reader is not operating, Please power-cycle the Tablet/Login Station, and try to use the RFID card reader.
If it still doesn't work, please unplug it from the USB port and Re-connect it, and Power-cycle the Tablet/Login Station, and try to use it again.
If it still doesn't work, please unplug it from the USB port and Power-cycle the Tablet/Login Station, and then Re-connect the rfid card reader, and try to use it again.
If after these steps are performed and it still doesn't work, Please send us a support ticket to support@Spindlelive.com or enter in your request VIA the "Submit a Ticket" link with a Subject similar to RFID card reader issues, and in the description include the troubleshooting steps that were performed and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
