Hours that are measurable to a standard (has a target)

Example: Kyle works on the Mat Roller, which is part of his standard hours.  The target is 150 pieces per hour.  Also, he does truck loading, where he manually enters the number of trucks he does per hour.  The target is 2 per hour.
