To Place a Machine Into Pending Maintenance

• Tap On log on station, Screen will display LANE STATUS – Normal

• Tap on to Normal arrow & tap on to Pending Maintenance.

• Tap onto Assign All lanes same status then Exit.

• See your Team Leader immediately and Report machine is out of order.

• Team Leader calls Maintenance employee to machine.

To Place a Machine Into Maintenance Mode

• Tap on log on station and select Area View then Plant View.  Screen will display as below and select Maintenance Equipment.  

• Tap On the piece of equipment you are going to place in Maintenance by tapping on below icon.

• Place your self in Eq on the left and use the drop down box and Tap into Maintenance. 

• Maintenance Type use drop down arrow and put in Emergency. Maintenance Reason use drop down arrow and put in Investigating and then Exit. You now can investigate what is wrong with the machine.

• After fixing machine Place a reason and add comment and click OK to confirm comment.

• Place Equipment Status back into Normal by using the arrow Icon then follow the below steps.
  • Area View
  • Plant View
  • Worker Equipment
  • Management Floor Staff - Your position and Area

Spindle - Waxing Mode For Ironers

• Tap on log on station and select Area View then Plant View.  The following Screen below will display and select – Maintenance Equipment.

• Follow the steps below by tapping onto
  • Plant View
  • Select Machine you wish to wax.
  • Tap on Picture of machine and place yourself on Eq –icon far left.

• Equipment Status use drop down arrow and put in Maintenance. Maintenance Type use drop down arrow and put in Schedule. Maintenance Reason use drop down arrow and put in Cleaning / Waxing and then Exit.

• Once you have finished waxing place Equipment Status use drop down arrow and put in Normal Then achieve the following by tapping onto
  • Area View
  • Plant View
  • Worker Equipment
  • Management Floor Staff - Your position and Area
