• Alerts (Problems right now)
  • Down for Maintenance: Populates when there is equipment currently in a Down For Maintenance status.
  • Pending Maintenance: Populates when there is equipment currently in a Pending Maintenance status.

  • Overdue PMs: Populates when there are Scheduled Maintenance Tasks that have not yet been completed, and have passed their scheduled due date.

  •  Active PM Excessive Time: Populates when a Scheduled Maintenance Task is currently being worked, and has exceeded the allocated time (Target) for completion.

• Equipment Overview (OEE is based off equipment type)
  • OEE - Most laundries 20% to 30% Low – 40% to 45% High
    • OEE%(Overall Equipment Effectiveness): Availability% x Performance% x Quality Rate%
    • AV%(Availability): Overall Weighted Employee Efficiency
    • PR%(Performance): Productive Time/Scheduled Time
    • Equip Scheduled Time: Amount of time machine was scheduled to be staffed based on programmed equipment shift time
    • Productivity: Actual amount of time the equipment was staffed
    • Production Downtown: Time logged by the production employees for No Employee, No Product, Downstream Delay, Cleaning

    • Off Production: Time logged by maintenance employees for NonScheduled Maintenance during Off Production time

    • Preventative: Time logged by maintenance employees for Preventative Maintenance

    • General: Time logged by maintenance employees for General Scheduled Maintenance

    • No Demand: Scheduled Time - Productivity Time - Production Downtime - Maintenance Downtime
    • Maintenance Downtown: Time logged by maintenance employees for scheduled, emergency, PM and Cleaning

    • Hours: The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Production Downtime by Equipment.
    • Downtime: Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Production Downtime divided total Production Downtime.
  • Production Downtime by Reason Codes
    • Hours: The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Production Downtime by Code.
    • Downtime: Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Production Downtime by Code divided total Production Downtime.
  • Unscheduled Maintenance by Equipment
    

    • Hours: The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Unscheduled Maintenance.

    • % of Total: Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Unscheduled Maintenance divided by total Unscheduled Maintenance Hours.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance by Reason Codes
    

    • Hours: The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Unscheduled Maintenance by Code.

    • % of Total: Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Unscheduled Maintenance by Code divided by the total of Unscheduled Maintenance.

  • Maintenance Worker Labor Hour Allocation
    

    • NonScheduled Maint Emp Hrs: The number of hours maintenance employees spent on maintenance that was not scheduled

    • Scheduled Maint Emp Hrs: The number of hours maintenance employees spend on maintenance that was scheduled

    • Routine Task Maint Emp Hrs: The number of hours maintenance employees spend on routine tasks
