- Equipment Overview (OEE is based off equipment type)
- OEE - Most laundries 20% to 30% Low – 40% to 45% High
- OEE%(Overall Equipment Effectiveness) = Availability% x Performance% x Quality Rate%
- AV%(Availability) = Overall Weighted Employee Efficiency
- PR%(Performance) = Productive Time/Scheduled Time
- Scheduled HR= Amount of time machine was scheduled to be staffed based on programmed equipment shift time
- Productivity = Actual amount of time the equipment was staffed
- Production Downtown= Time logged by the production employees for No Employee, No Product, Downstream Delay, Cleaning
- No Demand= Scheduled Time - Productivity Time - Production Downtime - Maintenance Downtime
- Maintenance Downtown= Time logged by maintenance employees for scheduled, emergency, PM and Cleaning

- Avg TT- Average time in between loads
- Loads -Total number of loads for the day
- Purge Exception- Total amount of times the Exception target was not met today
- Cool Down Exception- Total amount of times the Cool Down target was not met today
- Production Downtime by Equipment
- Hours- The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Production Downtime by Equipment.
- Downtime- Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Production Downtime divided total Production Downtime.
- Production Downtime by Reason Codes
- Hours -The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Production Downtime by Code.
- Downtime-Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Production Downtime by Code divided total Production Downtime.
- Maintenance Downtime by Equipment
- Hours: The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Maintenance Downtime by Equipment.
- Downtime: Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Maintenance Downtime divided total Maintenance Downtime.
- Maintenance Downtime by Reason Codes
- Hours: The sum of the hours a piece of equipment was put into Maintenance Downtime by Code.
- Downtime: Calculation of the hours the equipment was put into Maintenance Downtime by Code divided total Maintenance Downtime.
- Emergency vs Scheduled
- Emergency vs. Scheduled: Amount of equipment downtime comparing Emergency vs. Scheduled. This chart is only taking into account the Equipment Downtime and is not considering individual lanes into the calculation.
- Maintenance Impacting vs Not Impacting OEE
- Maintenance Impacting vs. Not Impacting OEE: Comparing the amount of maintenance downtime that occurred during scheduled run time (Impacting) vs. non-production scheduled time (Not Impacting OEE). This chart takes into account individual lanes. If a 5 lane ironer is down for 10 minutes it will count as 50 minutes of downtime.
- Engineering Status
- Engineering Status: Equipment and Lane of each Engineer.
- OEE - Most laundries 20% to 30% Low – 40% to 45% High
