Downloading your Facility Health Score from the SpindleLIVE Workforce Facility Health page gives you insights into your score. This option to download the Facility Health Score is only available on the Facility Health page within SpindleLIVE. It provides a detailed breakdown of the metrics used to assess your facility’s performance.

SpindleLIVE is a powerful tool for analyzing data throughout your facility. With the Facility Health Page, SpindleLIVE has moved from automating business processes to automating business decisions by providing prescriptive analytics. Steps to Download the Facility Health Score

1. Log in to SpindleLIVE: Open your web browser and go to SpindleLIVE. You can log in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Workforce: Locate the left sidebar navigation once logged in. Click on Workforce to access various workforce features.
3. Select Facility Health: Under the Workforce section, click on Facility Health. This will take you to the page to view your Facility Health Score and metrics.
4. Locate the Export Icon: The Export Options icon is at the top right corner of the Facility Health page. Click it to access the download options. 
5. Choose Your Download Format:
   • You will be prompted to select your preferred file format.
     • CSV Comma-Delimited: is a standard comma-separated file format ideal for raw data manipulation in various software, including Microsoft Excel
     • Excel: A spreadsheet format that allows easy sorting and data review within Excel.

6. Understand Your Data
   • The downloaded file will contain essential data points such as:
     • Corporation: The company associated with the score.
     • Location: The specific facility being reviewed.
     • Date: The date for which the Facility Health data was calculated.
     • Health Metric: OLE Score, Login Compliance, Payroll, and more.
     • Score and Max Score: Your facility’s score and the maximum possible score for each metric.
     • Calculation Details: Detailed information showing how each score was calculated, such as the breakdown of spindle hours, payroll hours, N/A counts, and more.
