The Rail Tracking Report with Spindle Rail is accessible via www.SpindleLIVE.com with a SpindleLIVE account. The Spindle Rail Tracking Report offers valuable data supporting effective decision-making. And don't forget the tracking abilities of which rail has black napkins! Here's what to expect from this report:

- Real-Time "LIVE" Data: Up-to-date information that reflects the current status of slings, including those lifted, washed, or in storage.
- Historical Data: The Rail Tracking Report has customizable filters to include a date range selector.
- Filters: Tailor the report to your needs to focus on specific Regions, Locations, Dates, and more, making it easy to find the exact data needed.
- Insights: Use the report to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize workflow and address urgent needs.

Accessing the Rail Tracking Report
To view the report data, follow these steps: adjust the filters as needed and generate your report. You can also use these links to learn how to print or export the report.

- Navigate: Open www.SpindleLIVE.com and log in with your credentials.
- Locate: In the left sidebar navigation, find the Equipment Utilization section.

Click: Click on the Rail Tracking Report. The report will open in a new tab.

Set Filters: Adjust the report settings according to your needs:

- Region: Select the relevant region.
- Location: Choose the specific location you want to analyze.
- Start and End Date: Define the date range for the report.

Included Bags: Filter by bag status, including options for Lift, Washed, Current Storage, and Drop/Deleted.
Note that the Included Bags filter will change the title of the date column to reflect the selected bag type. All other columns in the report will remain consistent.
- Weight Status: Choose from Within Range, Outside Range, or Include Both to filter by weight.
- Input Method: Select how the data was entered, with options for Manual, Lift, or Include Both.

- Generate the Report: After setting your filters, click View Report. The Rail Tracking Report will be generated and displayed.

Navigate the Report

- Page Navigation: Use the First, Previous, Next, and Last navigation buttons to access other pages.
- Expansion Options: Click on any + to expand and view specific details.
- Search: Search is helpful for reports that expand multiple pages.
- Zoom Options: Increase or decrease the display size of the report.
Printing the Report
Your standard print dialog box will appear, giving you complete control over your printer settings; due to the detailed nature of some reports, printing on larger paper, such as 11x17 inches, maybe more practical if they contain a large amount of data. Could you consider exporting the report and saving it as a PDF for electronic sharing or future reference?
