Overview

The Rails page overviews all rail operations and allows you to interact with slings on various rails. The page includes:

• • • Total Bags: Displays the total number of slings on the rails.
    • Total Weight: Shows the combined weight of all slings.
    • Total Weight Washed Today: Indicates the total weight of slings washed on the current day.
    • Info Key: Displays the Item Number and Item Name for easier identification.
    • Add Washed Bag: With manager login and approval, you can add manually washed slings.
    • Primary Rail and Wash Aisle Rails: Each of your rails is used to manage soiled and washed slings.

Using the Rails Page

In this section, you will learn how to add washed bags, edit existing slings, release slings from a rail, monitor sling status, move slings between rails, and manage inventory.

• • • Access Rails Page: Navigate to the Rails option to view and manage slings on your soil and wash aisle rails. 
      
    • View Overview Metrics: To summarize current operations, check the total bags, total weight, and total weight washed for today.
    • Use the Info Key: Tap on the Info Key to display detailed item information, including the Item Number and Color Coding Association.
      

Manually Add a Washed Bag

Adding manually washed bags to a rail requires manager approval and log-in.

1. 1. 1. Tap on Add Washed Bag.
         
      2. Log in with your manager credentials.
         
      3. Select the classification of the sling.
         
      4. Choose the appropriate lot.
         
      5. Enter the weight of the washed sling.
         
      6. Tap Save Bag Details

Taking Action on Slings

The Bag Information will provide the lifted and last moved date, time, weight, item, and lot.

1. 1. 1. Tap on a sling to view.
         • Delete the sling.
         • Edit the sling information.
         • Wash to move it to being washed. 
         • Tap the X to close this sling information.

Tip: Drag and drop slings to move them to a different rail number.
