- Historical Context: Consider a past scenario where you encountered an issue with iron #5. You consulted the manufacturer directly and resolved the problem based on their guidance.
- Issue Resurgence: This problem has resurfaced, but you added the solution in the comments of a previous incident.

Actionable Guidance:
- No Need to Suspend: Continue working without interruption.
- Revisit Solutions: Access the detailed interaction and resolution steps previously taken with the manufacturer within CMMS Mobile. This historical data can help you address the issue effectively once more.
Accessing Historical Maintenance: Step-by-Step

- Navigate: Tap back in the upper left corner.
- Navigate: Tap back to return to the Maintenance page.
- Navigate: Tap Assets
- Filter or Search to Locate: The specific asset depends on your specifications. Ironer 5?
- Navigate: Tap Details to access the information on the particular equipment.

Review Navigation Options
- History: Access past maintenance incident details
- Current Maintenance: This shows what is taking place and your task.
- Associated Assets: For example, feeders & folders.
- Upcoming Maintenance: Displaying both scheduled
- Go Back: To return to the previous task, use the Current Maintenance option, if applicable, or repeat steps 1 and 2 in Maintenance Procedures for Work Orders in Maintenance on CMMS Mobile.
Add Images & Comments to Work Orders
Not only is this a function while performing the task, but CMMS Mobile allows images to be added anytime.
For example:

- The Preventive Maintenance Periodicity Requirements article does not apply to Work Orders.
- Leave this time frame to add comments or images throughout this period.
- Note: Once completed, the individual procedural steps can only be viewed except for adding comments through the Show More Details option on the task.
Suspend Work Orders - Not Required Explanation
CMMS Mobile doesn't require you to Suspend a task when redirecting your attention to other tasks. For example, when responding to a call from production for maintenance, focus on the task with higher priority. Access the Maintenance page to access equipment in a pending or emergency status.
