Navigating Unscheduled Maintenance on CMMS Mobile
Critical View
- Highlight: Equipment issues are displayed in the Pending/Down section to avoid delays. Those immediate actions will always be front and center as you navigate CMMS Mobile.
Status Indicators

- Pending Issues: Marked with yellow for easy identification.
- Emergency Maintenance: Marked with red for urgent attention.
- Details: Displays equipment name and time since the status was assigned (in hours and minutes).
- Tap/Select: Selecting an item brings you directly to the needed asset page. No searching!
Responding to Unscheduled Maintenance Incidents
- Select Incident: Tap on an incident labeled Pending/Down to view details.
- Affected Assets: Assets involved are marked in green. Tap an asset for more information.

- Access the Current Maintenance section or select appropriate options to place equipment into appropriate status and reason.
