Accessing Spindle Admin to Locate RFID

You'll need to access Spindle Admin to locate their RFID (Spindle Login ID). This ID is used to log into the Spindle Login Stations throughout the day. Not all facilities access Spindle Admin the same way, and not all users have permission either. When Spindle is onsite at your location, we often set up desktop links for easy access to sites, including Spindle Admin.

Login Details:

The Spindle Admin password is usually different from your SpindleLIVE account. Usernames for Spindle Admin typically do not include your email address.

    • Employee Logins: The RFID or Spindle Login ID is associated with how employees log into the Spindle Login Stations throughout the day.
      
    • Using RFID Cards: If your facility uses RFID cards, enter the number on the back for Spindle Login Stations around your plant.

Finding and Managing User Information in Spindle Admin

1. Login: Use your Spindle Admin login and password to access the system.
2. Navigate to Users: Once logged in, select the "Users" option from the available menu (approximately six options).
3. Adjust View: To zoom in or out, press Ctrl and + to zoom in or Ctrl and - to zoom out.
4. Locate Employe: Sort users by columns or ese the search function to find employees by their last name.
5. Locate RFID Number: Find the RFID number in the corresponding column of the user's row.
