Coaching Moments - Overview
Coaching Moments can be completed in groups or individually. These features enable management teams to record, handle, and monitor employee feedback related to performance. This feedback can cover both positive recognition and areas for improvement. And with Group Coaching Moments now there easier and quicker!
The central hub for managing all Coaching Moments across your organization is the Workforce Coaching Moments page on SpindleLIVE. Here, you can add, edit, or delete Coaching Moments while applying various filters including .
The SpindleLIVE Mobile App offers flexibility for accessing and managing Coaching Moments. Users can view existing Coaching Moments and add new ones from their mobile devices. Review the links below for more information.
Features
↬ Group & Individual Coaching Moments: Accessible from various pages in SpindleLIVE, such as Facility Health, Analysis, Team Status, Employee, and more.
↬ Access Coaching Moments: Available on multiple pages in SpindleLIVE, including Facility Health, Analysis, Team Status, Employee, and more.
↬ Access Anywhere: Through the SpindleLIVE Mobile App.
↬ Coaching Moments Reports: Access the Coaching Moments Report and Job Card Report from the Reports section in SpindleLIVE.
↬ Add Comments: Acknowledge achievements or identify areas for improvement.
↬ Filter by: Employee, Supervisor, Category, and more.
↬ Print Comments: Useful for performance reviews, safety meetings, and other purposes.
Note: Users are unable to add or modify categories.
Coaching Moments Page
The Coaching Moments Page allows management team members to document, review, and manage all Coaching Moments from a single page.
↬ + Add Coaching (+ Add Entry on Mobile): Opens a dialog to create a new Coaching Moment.
↬ Edit Coaching Moments (Website Only): Edit existing Coaching Moments directly on the Coaching Moments Page.
↬ Delete Coaching Moments (Website Only): Deletes individual Coaching Moments using the trash icon.
↬ Filters: Apply filters to narrow down the visible Coaching Moments.

SpindleLIVE Website Navigation
① Click on the Workforce option in the left sidebar.
② Click on Coaching Moments to access the main Coaching Moments page.
③ + Add Coaching button opens the Coaching Moments Dialog Form.
④ Fill in the Facility, Employees, and other required fields.
↬ Group Coaching Moments: Use the Employees* drop-down menu to search, scroll, and select multiple employees. Even on SpindleLIVE Mobile.
⑤ Click Save to submit.
SpindleLIVE Mobile App Navigation
① Tap the Workforce tab at the bottom of the screen.
② Tap Coaching Moments to access the main Coaching Moments page.
③ + Add Entry button opens the Coaching Moments Dialog Form.
④ Select Employees and the appropriate Category.
↬ Group Coaching Moments: Use the Employees* drop-down menu to search, scroll, and select multiple employees. Even on SpindleLIVE Mobile.
⑤ Tap Save Comment to submit.
Filters for Coaching Moments Page
↬ 'Search Box': Quickly find specific employees by typing their names.
↬ 'Employees & Categories Filters': Narrow down Coaching Moments by specific employees or categories.
↬ 'Include All Employees': Show all employees configured in Spindle Admin.
↬ 'Deleted Comments': Include or exclude deleted comments.
↬ 'Print Comments': Print Coaching Moments visible in the current view.

Navigation to the Employee Page
SpindleLIVE Website
① Use the dropdowns at the top left to select the appropriate Facility and Employee.
② Click on any blue hyperlinked employee name to access the Employee Page.
③ Scroll down to the Coaching Moments section.
SpindleLIVE Mobile App
① Go to the Workforce tab at the bottom of the screen.
② Select Team Status and choose the employee.
③ Scroll down to the Coaching Moments section.
Navigation to Employee Popup
SpindleLIVE Website
①Workforce Analysis: Find and click on any blue hyperlinked employee name.
②Workforce Facility Health: Find and click on any blue hyperlinked employee name.
③Workforce Team Status: Find and click on any blue hyperlinked employee name.
SpindleLIVE Mobile App
①Home Page: Tap on any department under Department Opportunity.
②Recommended Actions: Expand Recommended Actions and tap on any employee.
③Team Status: Select Workforce at the bottom of the screen, Team Status, and then choose an employee.
Coaching Moments Features
★ Group Coaching Moments: Simply access the Employees* drop-down list for selection.
★ + Add Comment (+ Add Entry on Mobile): Opens a dialog to create a new Coaching Moment.
★ Print Comments (Website Only): Prints all Coaching Moments visible in the current view.
<>★ Edit Button (Website Only): Allows editing individual Coaching Moments.
★ Delete Button (Website Only): Deletes individual Coaching Moments.

Reports with Coaching Moments
Accessing the Coaching Moment Report
① Click the Reports icon in the left sidebar or choose Reports from the 4-square.
② Scroll to the Workforce - Supplemental section.
③ Click the Coaching Moment Report.
④ Set the filters:
a. Region: Filter Coaching Moments by a specific region.
b. Location(s): Filter by one or multiple facilities.
c. Start Date/End Date: Specify the date range.
d. Employee(s): Select specific employees.
e. Categories: Filter by specific categories (e.g., Compliance, Performance Improvement).
f. Expand Coaching Moment Details: Choose to expand Coaching Moments.
g. Include Deleted: Include or exclude deleted Coaching Moments.
⑤ Click View Report to generate the report.
Accessing the Job Card Report
① Click the Reports icon in the left sidebar.
② Scroll to the Workforce - Core section.
③ Click the Job Card Report.
④ Set the filters:
a. Location(s): Filter by a specific facility.
b. Employee Department(s): Filter by specific departments.
c. Start Date/End Date: Specify the date range.
d. Time Format: Choose between Decimal and Hour:Minute formats. Useful for Excel calculations.
e. Include Coaching Moments: Choose to include or exclude Coaching Moments.
⑤ Click View Report to generate the report.
