-
Once logged into Spindle Admin, click on Retrospective Time/Count Editing System.
-
Find the employee that you need to edit by using the Search, Department, and/or User dropdown.
- Select the shift date that you need to make modifications to.
Modifying Time for Automated Tasks
- After finding the employee and date you want to modify, click "Edit" next to the task that you wish to modify.
- If adding time, modify the hours, minutes, and seconds accordingly for the selected task. For example, if adding 5 minutes to a task, the duration field should display 00:05:00.
- If removing time, the process will be almost identical to adding. However, a - (Negative) sign needs to be added to the field. Therefore, if removing 5 minutes from a task, the duration field should display -00:05:00
- Click "Save All" to save the changes.
Note: The Discounted Target Count is automatically populated based on the time that is added or removed. This is not a modifiable field.
Modifying Counts for Automated Tasks
- After finding the employee and date you want to modify, click "Edit" next to the task that you wish to modify.
- To add a count, enter the number of what should be added. For example, an employee wasn't logged into an ironer and processed 100 pieces. Enter 100 into the "Count" box.
- To remove a count, enter the number of what should be removed, including a - (negative) sign. For example, an employee went to break and forgot to log out of the ironer and an additional 100 pieces were processed. Enter -100 into the "Count" box.
