Spindle agrees to have a maximum of 3 rolling years of “Live” active data available on SpindleLIVE.com for Analysis and Reporting. An additional 4 years of data are archived and available for the custom requirements of our customers for a fee. Obtaining archived data between 4 and 7 years in the past will require a detailed request to our Spindle Help Desk or your Spindle Customer Success Representative. The request must contain the exact data, time-period, and overall requirements for the data. The request will create a proposal with an estimated timeline, deliverables, and cost for approval. Best efforts will be made to fulfill all approved requests on time.
