We've Added New Customizable Recommended Actions to the Facility Health Page
FollowWhat is it?
The Facility Health Page just got a few new Recommended Actions and they can customized for your own facilities operation.
Below are the new actions that have been added:
- Each incident an employee exceeds their allotted Break Time
- Each incident an employee exceeds their allotted Lunch Time
- Each incident an employee exceeds their allotted Meeting Time
- Each incident an employee exceeds their allotted Other Time
- When employee's exceed their allotted number of Breaks Per Shift
- When employee's exceed their allotted number of Meetings for the Day
- When employee's exceed their allotted number of Lunches for the Day
- When employee's exceed the number of times allowed to log into 'Other Status' for the day
Why does it matter?
One area the most efficient facilities focus on is ensuring their staff is back from break, lunch, and meetings on time.
These alerts will show each individual instance an employee has exceeded their allotted time in a non-productive status. By acting on these alerts you’ll be able to minimize the amount of Excessive Time and increase your plants overall productivity.
How does it work?
- You can set a Target and Threshold for each Non-Productive status type
- Target: allotted time for the Non-Productive Status type
- Threshold: amount of minutes greater than the Target time before an alert gets displayed
- Non-Productive Status Types: Break, Lunch, Meeting, Other
- When an employee is logged into a status that exceeds the threshold allowed, the alert gets triggered to display.
- Excessive Time Cost = Employee Hourly Wage * (Time greater than the total allotted time for the specific status)
NOTE: In order to make these changes, you'll need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Example:
- Target = 10 minutes
- Threshold = 13 minutes (After 13 minutes, the alert will display)
