Request to Add Classification
For Spindle Support to ensure we complete your request correctly. Be sure to include the following details in your support request.
What is the Classification Name that you would like to appear?
The Classification Name is what will appear on your login station and in SpindleLIVE. Please visit Assignment to a Lane and Classification to view where Classifications are selected.
What is the target for the Classification Standard?
The target for classification standards is usually a per-hour standard. For example, the classification standard for napkins would be 1,450 napkins per hour fed through an ironer. If the classification doesn't have a standard, then indicate in your request that it is a non-standard classification.
What equipment should this new classification standard appear on for your login station?
Classification of Bar Towels should be mapped to equipment for all baggers, hand fold areas, and manual hand fold areas.
Classification of Napkins should be mapped to equipment ironer #1 through #7.
Classification X should be mapped to equipment in my soil area.
This non-standard classification is for my Soil Lead; I need it to appear in my soil area.
For the Plants with Language Translations setup, you will need to add the language translations for the new items you have requested to be added. Spindle Support will email you once the item(s) have been added. Spindle Support does not provide any Language Translations, nor do they update the information in Spindle Admin.
