Below are the necessary pieces your Spindle Support Team requires in order to expedite your request.

  • Which area number/name should this piece of equipment be placed?
  • What picture would you like displayed for the piece of equipment?
  • Is it Automated (you will be getting a count automatically)?  Is it Manual (you will be entering a count)?  Is it non-standard (you are just monitoring the time)?
  • How many lanes do you need for this piece of equipment?
  • What are the classifications that need to be assigned to this piece of equipment?
    • If they are new classifications, what is the target of each of these if manual or automated?
